It is better for people to be unemployed than people to be employed but they do not enjoy. Do you agree or disagree?
It is widely argued that job satisfaction should be a higher priority than merely having a job to support a living. I would argue that it is better to have a job rather than be out of work.
There are numerous reasons to believe that owning a job could be more beneficial than suffering from unemployment. Firstly, people need an occupation in order to afford their maintenances as well as support their family. Without a stable job, individuals are incapable of purchasing the necessities, which diminishes their living standard. Furthermore, it is difficult for people to get married without a steady financial condition. Regarding family perspective, unemployment state would put a financial strain on parents’ shoulder. As a result, they cannot rely on their children when some emergency problems occur.
Secondly, it seems to me that job fulfillment should not be the sole aspect to consider when finding work. In fact, employees are less likely to achieve success in their career if they have a shortage of essential conditions. People’s proficiency in knowledge and skill should be considered more significant than their own interest. On the other hand, a vast number of people still succeed in their job even without tremendous passion. They are conscious of their own strengths and limitations instead of pursuing some impractical dreams about career. Therefore, a suitable job would offer them promotion opportunities and desirable salary to relish higher living standards.
In conclusion, while job enjoyment can motivate people in their job, I still believe that fruitful career requires more than just personal interest.
