1. Do you think people pay much attention for their health these days?
I do not think that nowadays, people pay much attention for their health. I think the reason is people are too busy with earning money to pay for many demands in their life so they do not have time to notice to themselve or do other things like doing exercise…. Because of too busy to work so people usually do not eat on time or skip the meal. This leads to bad effect to their health for a long time. Compared to the past, current life is busier, but people still should pay attention to take care of their health.
2. Do you think there are more unhealthy people these days than there were decades ago?
Compared to the past, I think that there are more unhealthy people recently. I think that the main reason comes from lifepace. Peopele usually eat fastfood because of its convenience and quickly, they can not arrange time to doing exercises or a significant number of people is too lazy to take care of their health, they just take their health for granted.
3. How could parents encourage their children to be healthier?
Nowadays, children get used to unhealthy routine, they like fastfood than normal food, and they do not like eating vegatables so they are lazy to eat them. This is a considerable problem, it is not easy for parents to encourage their children to be healthier. Firstly, I think, children will be affected by lifestyle of their parents, so the change in lifestyle to be healthier has to come from their parents. Parents should train their children healthy living style by doing exercise together, add more vegatables in daily meals, eating on time …….There will be a little bit changes day by day. Step by step, healthy living style will became habit of children and it is difficult to change even when they grow up.
4. Describe an outdoor activity you have.
When I was 12 grade student in high school, my school organized a 2 days 1 night camping to celebrate aniversary on the day of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh communist youth union 26/3. This event is organized 3 years 1 times. It is really wonderful memory of me. In the early morning, we gathered at school and all 12 grade students and teachers together moved to campsite. In campsite, each same class students camped and decorated camp together. After that, a group of teacher who was choosed to be juryman would go to one by one camp and find out, which camp was the most beautiful and finally gave winner class a litte gift. During 2 day, we organized plenty of interesting outdoor games, I took part in a relay game, rule of game was quite easy to understand, there was 4 people in a group, and there was 4 group, each person in a group had to run a stretch of road and which group finished first would be the winner, unfortunately, group of my class was not the winner, but, this game is very interesting to improve team spirit. After camping, we all had plenty of valuable memories that we can not foget even it is been along time from that days.
5. Describe something you maintain to keep a good health.
I am not quite hard to do exercises, but, when I am in Nha Trang, usually wake up in early morning, about 5 a.m to walk to beach with 2 friends of me. At 5 a.m, after doing some After doing some personal hygiene, I and my friends gather in my house and start going to beach, we walk about 1 km from my house to the beach. We usually come to the beach at 5.45 am and find somewhere in the beach to sit to wait to watch the sun rising. After that, we walk around the fringe of coast and talk together. We usually come back home at about 7 a.m and buy something for breakfast on the path to come home. On another hand, to keep a good health, I also add more vegetables and fruits in my daily meals, it help me not to get any problems with digestion and improve immuse system to against sickness.
6. Describe a healthy food item you eat.
I would like to decribe one of my favorite dish, that I usually eat in daily meals, that is boiled vegatables. It is really a healthy food and very easy to make. I usually buy vegetables in a market near my house or in supermarket. To make sure vegatables are fresh, I usually choose very carefully. To make boiled vegatables, while boiling water, I will wash cleanly vegatables. When the water is boiling, I put prepared vegetable in to boiling water and cook until cooked, after that, I just out boiled vegetables in to a dish and enjoy it. This dish is really good for health and have good taste. You can eat boiled vegatables with any kinds of sauces that you like and I usually eat it with fish sauce, which is an traditional sauce of Vietnamese.
